The website https://www.grouppharma.com [“Website”] is operated by Group Pharmaceuticals Limited (GP), a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, having its registered office at W/46(B), MIDC, Tarapur Industrial Area, Palghar District-401506. The Terms and Conditions as set out herein constitutes an Agreement between Group Pharmaceuticals Ltd. [“we”, “us” or “our”] and a natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses the website in any manner [“you”, “your” or “user”] or uses and current or future service or functionality or offer made available on the website as amended or updated from time to time. We aim to provide the best user experience to our users beginning from placing an order and/or availing a service to initiating a return. While transacting on the Website, you can expect a hassle-free experience in returning the Product and cancelling the Services that you have ordered/booked and can rely on us as your preferred shopping platform.

Any return or cancellation of Products or Services by you are subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Policy.

1. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

1.1 By agreeing to use the Website and/or placing a request for purchase of Product(s) and/or Services on the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Website.

1.2 Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your return, refund and cancellation of an order for Products on the Website. Every time you wish to use the Website, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

Please carefully read all the parts to understand the conditions applicable in case of return, refund and cancellation of a Product.

(A) RETURN POLICY:

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, expired product, damaged product or incorrect product, please notify us immediately or within 7 working days from receipt of the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that Group Pharmaceuticals Ltd. will not accept liability for any such issues, if you fail to notify us within 7 working days of receipt of the product(s).

In all other circumstances not falling under any of the categories mentioned above, you may place a request for return with us and we reserve the right to accept or reject such request at our sole discretion.

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS:

We categorize our products as returnable and non-returnable and user cannot initiate return request for a non-returnable product. It is the responsibility of the user to check whether the Product falls under returnable or non-returnable category before placing an order.

(B) REFUND POLICY:

We do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we may issue a full refund in the event of the following scenarios:-

(i) you received a defective item;

(ii) the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit.

(iii) you have received the product that has crossed the expiry date.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, you may write to us dmtonlinebangalore@grouppharma.in specifying your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take User feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing, and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

(C) CANCELLATION POLICY:

User may cancel the order of a product at any time before receiving the ‘Order Confirmation’, i.e., before it is manufactured. On the receipt of request for an order cancellation, your order will be cancelled with immediate effect.
